GoSmooth processes all data exclusively on your iPhone. No data is transmitted to GoSmooth, to external servers, or to third parties. We do not collect personal data and have no access to anything stored on your device.

2. What Data Does GoSmooth Use?

To analyze and evaluate your driving behavior, GoSmooth uses the following data locally:

• GPS Data (Location Data)

Used to determine speed, movement, and driving patterns.

• Motion Sensor Data

Includes accelerometer, gyroscope, and other motion inputs. These help the AI detect and evaluate maneuvers.

No data ever leaves your iPhone.

3. How Is the Data Used?

All collected data is used only to:

• Analyze your driving maneuvers
• Evaluate your driving performance
• Calculate your driving score

4. Local Storage

Driving events, raw sensor data, and scores are stored only on your device. If you delete the app, all data is permanently removed.

5. No Accounts, No Tracking, No Analytics

GoSmooth does not use:

• User accounts
• Cloud systems
• Analytics tools
• Tracking frameworks
• Advertising identifiers
• Cookies

6. Device Permissions

• Location Access

Required to analyze movement and driving patterns.

• Motion & Fitness Access

Required to evaluate acceleration, braking, and steering maneuvers.

The app does not function properly without these permissions.

7. GDPR / DSGVO Rights

Since we do not process or store personal data externally, GDPR rights apply, but there is no external data we could provide or modify.
